No need to look for the recipe, buy large quantities of ingredients, measure each ingredient and create a mess in your kitchen. Just follow the instructions on the pack and you will have 16 delicious and healthy brownies. We have also used the mix to make birthday cakes instead of cutting it into smaller brownies and it was a big success!
Our chocolate brownie mix is made up of natural and simple ingredients and rich organic and fairtrade cocoa, and can be made vegan if you prefer. It is also packed with protein due to its high contents in Almond flour.
Our chocolate brownie mix is made up of only 4 simple ingredients and is:
- Grain-free
- Vegan-optional
- Refined sugar free
- Additives and preservatives free
- Paleo
Ingredients: Almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut sugar, sea salt.
Allergens: Currently, our mixes might contain traces of the 14 allergens, but we hope to be able to change this very soon.
Instructions: Add eggs (or a vegan alternative), coconut oil, a little bit of vanilla, and you're good to go.
Vegan option: Make it vegan by replacing each egg with: 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds and 2.5 tablespoons of hot water. Let it sit for 15 minutes before using them.
Storage: Store the mix in a cool dry place. Our mixes do not contain any preservatives or additives, so once baked the brownies are best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Portion: One pack (321g) makes about 16 brownies.
